2026 provides reinvigorated energy. After a year of pivoting and finding balance, it is both refreshing and exciting to enter the new year so strongly. We have grown our collective, adding Director of Financial Services, Marc Leonardis, and Marketing Intern, Erin Carter, to the team. Both of whom have brought immense value to Tier One Solutions. We also grew our client list and connected with so many wonderful partners, old and new.
The past year was not without its challenges and moments of growth, however. We faced loss, unexpected health issues, and many moments of needing to pivot throughout 2025. These only gave us more fortitude as a company and as individuals. And it reminded us of the Values we built this company upon.
This reminder spurred our 2026 guiding tenet: Values in Action.
To quote our CEO, Cynthia Ward, “The values you hold tell a story.” And this year, our story is one of championing our collective and community, and to ensure that we are living our Values in Action both in and out of the office.
When Cynthia and Lyndon Neal, co-founder and COO of Tier One Solutions, were first founding the company, they spent careful time thinking about what really sets Tier One apart, what Values make Tier One different, and how they can extend their desire to help communities thrive. From those conversations they realized these Values:

- We share the rewards of our success.
- We are intentional in mentoring our teams & amplifying their potential.
- We embrace wellness, diversity, & sustainability.
- We contribute to our communities.
Wellness, Diversity, & Sustainability, especially, will be our focus this year. In 2025, we learned just how important maintaining one’s wellness is and we look forward to working with more foundations in this space. It is also important to us that we maintain our long-held belief that working with Diverse and Sustainable partners helps build a better world.
