Environmental, Energy &
Climate Change Policy Statement

At Tier One Solutions, it is important to us that we grow this business not just for ourselves but for our families, our communities, and for future generations. Which is why environmental stewardship is not just a value we hold but a cornerstone of our mission. We recognize that our strength lies in our commitment to sustainable practices, which reflects our dedication to a brighter future and a healthier planet for all.

An extension of this also includes the businesses we choose to work with. We look to partner with organizations that prioritize environmental responsibility, aligning us with entities that share our vision for a sustainable world. To ensure that we operate a sustainable supply chain, we maintain rigorous standards, audits, and expectations of our partners.

As a forward-thinking company, we have one foot in the present and the other firmly planted in the future. Always prepared, we’re committed to learning and improving to stay ahead of the curve. And we are proud to actively contribute to the reduction of environmental impacts and the promotion of green initiatives.

We seek to achieve this through the following methods in order to increase compliance and reduce waste:

Minimize Harm to the Environment:

We establish operational practices that minimize impact on the environment and deploy measures to prevent and reduce harm. By embracing innovative solutions and sustainable practices, we aim to protect our planet for future generations.

Track Performance and Report Environmental Improvements:

We are committed to reducing our operational environmental impacts, including resource consumption, air emissions (including those contributing to climate change), water consumption, management of hazardous materials, recycling, and waste production. Transparency is key; we disclose required information and provide data to demonstrate our environmental performance.

Set Environmental Targets and Commitments:

Our environmental policies, objectives, and targets reflect our commitment to identifying, measuring, and reducing significant environmental impacts. We recognize the business risks associated with climate change and align our goals with the broader environmental agenda. We ask our partners and suppliers to join us in setting long-term emissions reduction targets, embracing the Science Based Target methodology, and supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy and resource-efficient operations.

Report Regulatory Breaches:

We disclose regulatory breaches and incidents involving the regulator, including outcomes of annual inspections, audits, or notices, together with planned improvement actions to rectify and resolve the breach. Accountability and continuous improvement are central to our approach.
